This delivery vertical focusses on developing the award giving methodology along with customised ranking methods to make the selection process more transparent and objective.The assignments taken up under this head would be to develop a complete implementable methodology at the top-line and support the implementation of the same if required.

 

The intervention would be executed in two phases ,the first phase to be developing the methodology to support the Award initiative and the second phase would focus on developing a customised ranking approach  to screen and finally award the applicants under the varions award categories.
